Kubota mower deck won't raise.

The pedal to raise it and lower it does nothing and the deck lock won’t work. I take the deck off and find this hanging. Please help. Not sure if this will fix all my problems or not. Find that linkage and look for and adjustment nut that will allow the 3PH to raise the deck a little higher. That's what amg280 outlined above for the BX series.

There should be a rod coming from down by the deck up to an arm on either the left or right side behind the rear wheels.
