Goto the Settings and Sign out of Xfinity. A new menu will appear allowing you to ReAuthorize with your account. One you reauthorize, the problem should be resolved. 2. Not able to program XR11 remote control for both TV and AV Receiver. I can first program the remote for the TV and it works fine. Then I opt to add my AV Receiver to control the volume - so I add the receiver to the remote and THAT works fine - except the TV is not working anymore.
